Cancellation Policy

At Tamoo, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy explains when cancellations are possible, how to request one, and what happens if an order has already entered processing or shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Because we work to prepare and dispatch orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, or shipment, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery under our Returns Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact sales@tamoo.shop immediately with your order number, full name, and the email used during checkout. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled. Requests are handled as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days, although your financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot usually be cancelled. After delivery, eligible items may be returned within 15 days provided they meet our return conditions, including being unused and in original packaging.
